- Delivery is available only within Bengaluru city limits.
- Delivery is generally completed within 1–3 business days depending on product availability and delivery scheduling.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are applicable and are calculated based on the customer's location and product category.
- Please contact REFUZY before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and delivery charges.
Installation Support
- Installation assistance for Front Load Washing Machines and selected appliances can be arranged on a chargeable basis if requested by the customer.
- Installation charges, if applicable, are separate from delivery charges.
- Installation timelines may differ from delivery schedules.
Delivery Inspection
We recommend customers inspect the product upon delivery.
Please notify Refuzy within 48 hours if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product is delivered
- Product is missing accessories
- Product is not functioning as described
Service & Warranty Policy
- All products sold by REFUZY are professionally refurbished and tested before delivery.
- All sales are final. Products sold by REFUZY are non-returnable and non-refundable.
