Eligible Returns

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if the product arrives damaged during transit, the product received is significantly different from the product description, the product is non-functional upon delivery, or a major functional defect is identified within the applicable return window. All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted in cases of change of mind after purchase, minor cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the product listing, damage caused after delivery, improper installation or misuse, electrical damage caused by voltage fluctuations, water damage, accidental damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, contact Refuzy Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and a description of the issue. Our support team will review the request and may arrange an inspection if required. Once approved, pickup, repair, replacement, or refund arrangements will be initiated.

Product Inspection

Returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt. If the reported issue is verified, Refuzy may offer a product replacement, repair service, partial refund, or full refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. UPI refunds generally take 3–5 business days, while credit cards, debit cards, and net banking refunds may take 5–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, include all accessories, be accompanied by the original invoice, and must not show signs of misuse or additional damage after delivery.

Exchange Policy

Subject to product availability, eligible products may be exchanged instead of refunded. Exchange requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
